We are constantly looking for new fabrics, accessories, washes, print and embroidery techniques. To do so, we use a multi-sourcing network to offer the greatest variety to our customers. We are also constantly trying to improve the production processes with our partner suppliers.

Our Design and Graphic Departments works as close as possible to the production facilities, encouraging and pushing them to perform in innovation and development to meet the ever changing needs of the customer.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

At NM ACC, the product development is the focus of our energy and attention. Our organization is designed to answer all possible inquiries in a timely manner, with the goal of offering the best looking product. Our strong Design and Graphic Teams propose regularly new collections of kids, ladies and men products, We are also pro active in finding solutions and alternatives to reduce the offered price while still preserving the desired «look».

MERCHANDISING

Our merchandisers manage the lifecycle of each garment, directing our supply base to accurately deliver product on time and to the required standard. A wealth of experience in production ensures that critical paths are closely monitored, maintained and solutions to any challenges are quickly identified and resolved. Each account has a team dedicated to it with a representative always available to provide real time updates or options on future developments. QUALITY

From the first sample, we take care of the quality at every step, we identify the key points of each product to anticipate possible difficulties in production. Our Quality Department is totally independent from the Merchandising and Production departments, their only goal is to achieve AQL quality requirement. Our Quality Agents monitor the production from the Pre-Production Sample validation to the Final Inspection. NM ACC offers a global solution of quality, adapted to the buyer’s needs. We also collaborate with the major 3rd party inspection companies (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas etc) as per buyer’s requirement.

COMPLAIANCE AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Our production network is based on compliance, we guarantee our customers that their goods are produced in factories where the workers’ rights are respected.

We have our own Compliance Department that constantly evaluates the factories and provides them with mandatory follow-up improvements. We constantly strive to improve the working conditions, safety and benefits of the workers. This is made possible by a long term partnership with our clients and manufacturers.

Our partners are following international standards and code of conduct such as BSCI, Accord,Alliance, Wrap, ICS,SEDEX etc.

SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS

Our shipping and logistics team allows to efficiently process and manage the delivery and logistical needs of our clients orders. A specialist member of our team is on hand to process payments, arrange and update shipping documentation, negotiate with freight forwarders on your behalf and deliver on any special arrangements that are required with a NMBD representative on hand to update you in real time.
